Hi there,

I seem to be experiencing trouble when I try to download my jumps om my Windows Mobile 5 PDA/GSM

Initially, the download starts and I can seem the jump data in the main screen. After a while, the download stops and the error presented is 10054

The PDA is use is an i-Mate JAQ3.

I'll update this post to get the full error message.

It seems that my Neptune rotates jumps in the logbook. Jump data from the first registered jump is copied over into the last jump number + 1.

This causes confusion to the downloader.

Unfortunately, this is something that can only be fixed by:

-Deleting the entire logbook
-Waiting for selective jump deletion

I've seen a similar problem as well with my Neptune, Windows PC, and Paralog. I have to manually delete the last jump in Paralog every time I upload my jumps. In my case, I have over 300 jumps stored in my Neptune and the data from a jump I did around 256 jumps ago gets wrapped around to the number of jumps I currently have + 1 when I upload to Paralog.

FYI - Later versions of Paralog automatically delete this ghost jump when downloaded/imported from Neptune.

I see reference to a Windows Mobile 5 (PPC/Windows CE/etc.) program to download Neptune 2 data, but I can't seem to find such a program anywhere. How do I get a hold of it?

This software was for the 'old' Neptune only and is not available anymore.
