Just got my Neptune back from a little repair. Battery has been taken out which caused a little confusion (I'm a little slow lately) as to why my Neptune didn't turn on. Anyway, I think it's great that a fresh battery is supplied after a repair. Suggestion: Put a little slip of paper with the repaired Neptune stating that the old battery has been removed and a new one has been supplied. This accomplishes two things: 1. Alerts the owner that he/she needs to install the battery and 2. Let's the owner know a new battery has been supplied. Little things like a fresh battery go a long way with product image and customer satisfaction. Just a simple and inexpensive idea.
