i have just realized that i have a crack in my battery cover adn was wondering what it would take to get it replaced. Thanks

I'm not anywhere near you but as a Field Support person this is one of the things I do for Neptune owners close to me. I was able to look up on the Alti-2 web site that there are Field Support people in North Carolina.

One of the things that I encourage people to do is to put on a different colored battery cover. I helps make your Neptune unique. Field Support people have a supply of different colors.

BTW, This is one of the many no-charge services Field Support people supply.
