View Full Version : Is this something required a repair?
I have a neptune Dxxx
Buttons are very slow, means i press the button and i either have to press it really hard, or hold for couple of seconds to get a response.
Is this something i have to send for repair?
Also, and this was only once, while on the ground my neptune suddenly showed "Very slow climb". I was on the ground for at least 30 minutes before. What was it?
Thanks

Please go to our website and fill in the form to generate an RMA, we will contact you and arrange for the unit to be returned and serviced.

What software version do you have?
You can check it MENU>SYSTEM>MODES>DEMO - the second screen will show serial number and software version.

Rel. 2.6.1 a
If a unit running recent software (which you have) goes into slow climb when standing still, it is almost certainly due to significant barometric pressure change.
(When this happened was a storm on the way in?)
If it does it repeatedly them it may be a faulty pressure sensor.
Hope this helps
