NMU Software update file broken

396Although I contacted you a few months ago about my NMU software not recognizing my N3, I still have no answer/resolution to this problem. Furthermore, the NMU "update" you have now on your forum is a broken file which can not be read by any computer I've tried it with. Still no luck we will get a fixed software? This screengrab is of the error I get when I try to connect my device with the older version of NMU which came on the installation CD. Anyone has any idea? I haven't been able to setup my N3 since I bought it, 150 jumps ago. Nice piece of work.

I'm sorry you are having a problem with the NMU. We are currently working to correct this issue of downloading larger files, please send me your information at matt@alti-2.com and I will email you the NMU, as well as anyone else who is having trouble downloading the file.

I'm having trouble locating the prior issues you were experiencing with the NMU on the forum, would you let me know when this topic was presented.
