I have installed the NDL on to my Windows mobile device and started the app. the screen shows a picture of a neptune and the only option I have it NEW. WHen I click New nothing happens. Is there any documentation on the NDL? I must be doing someting wrong. I know the IR port works.

Sorry, there is no documentation (and no support) for this free tool.

After installation, all you can configure is whether the tool should display metric or imperial units and whether Neptune's time should be synchronized to the PPC. Possible actions are 'Download' (from Neptune) and 'Save' (the log for later import into Paralog). All this is in the 'Tools' menu. There is no 'New' menu or menu option in NDL.

Neptune does not officially support PPC, so I am glad it is working with some devices. It does work with the Dell Axims, while I am getting mixed feedback for iPaqs. Which PPC are you using?
