Applying screen protector....

When i start to apply neptune screen protector to the unit (switched off), with little force, the neptune suddenly turns on and switch to the "climb mode".
When i was touching the screen with card to apply screen protector, altitude (in climb mode) was change to 2-3-4 meters. Force was very light.
Software version is last.

What will happen when i put neptune inside the helmet ? The fabric inside helmet can apply some force to neptune screen and lead to invalid measurements ?

This is not normal, simply pressing on the LCD should not create any change in the altitude reading. Would you please contact us so that we can replace this unit.
